Sunbrook Residence

Terrazzo was installed both inside and out on this single-family Beverly Hills home, built in 1954. The unique design of this renovation tastefully updates and honors the home’s classic mid-century style. This project is a magnificent example of a custom Venetian terrazzo installation in epoxy thin-set and an exterior application of a bonded terrazzo system. Terrazzo application included pool coping, stepping stones, exterior steps, and interior cantilever stairs with risers. All terrazzo work was poured in place, nothing was precast.
