This facility welcomes patients with a bright, inviting lobby space. A fiery medallion at the center of the terrazzo floor radiates outward into a geometrical pattern inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, an infinite, never-repeating set of numbers found in nature. The tone-on-tone colors in the configuration were achieved by using the same aggregate mix but changing the resin color. Mother-of-pearl adds a glimmer of iridescence to marble aggregates. The seamless floor is easily maintained and fully accessible to frequent wheeled traffic.
